 Simply put, it is our desire and dedication to be forward thinking when it comes to finding new ways to recover your money and enhance your check recovery experience.

 Some of the innovations we provide.

1.      Online payment processing so the check writer can pay over the internet.

2.      Online account tracking so you can easily see what checks have been received on your account and what is the status for each check.

3.      Direct email notification of new placements.

4.     Depending upon your average monthly check placements, ERS will pay up to $5.00 of the fees your bank charges you to process returned checks.

5.      ERS has aligned itself with different Payday Loan companies as an option provided to the check writer as a means to acquire the funds to pay for the dishonored check.  There are only a few requirements to qualify such as direct deposit, and proof of telephone service.  Not everyone qualifies but most do.  

6.      ERS also has the ability for the check writer to pay their charges with their Master Card or Visa Card.  

These services are provided to you at no charge.  ERS makes money from the service fee imposed on the dishonored check writer not from you.  ERS does not believe that you should be penalized for someone else’s bad check.
